In this class, students will learn the basics of carving a basic kitchen spoon, one of the most comprehensive and practical carving exercises available. You will learn about wood selection, carving characteristics, preparing blanks, basic carving techniques, and a traditional oil finish which may be applied not only to carving spoons, but to most any kind of carving. Whimsical Cottage Carving

Join this workshop to carve a charming miniature cottage, perfect for beginners and intermediate carvers. Using simple tools, you’ll create a detailed 3D cottage with a rustic roof and textured walls. By the end, you’ll have a delightful piece to display or gift. Moravian Stool

Get ready to unleash your creativity with the Moravian stool class, inspired by the amazing designs of Christopher Schwartz! In this exciting workshop, you'll dive into the world of woodworking, using a fantastic range of power tools like the router table, table saw, drill press, and band saw. We’ll also get hands-on with some trusty hand tools like mallets and hand planes to help you craft your very own stool. By the end of the class, you'll have a stunning stool measuring approximately 12" wide, 14" long, and 18" high, perfect for showing off your skills!
